The event will be held at Bazuny Hotel & Spa, located in Kościerzyna, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland.

We are preparing an unforgettable evening designed to bring together our Business Partners in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere. The programme will include a dinner, live music, evening entertainment, a DJ, networking opportunities, delicious cuisine, inspiring conversations and surprises throughout the evening. More details will be shared closer to the event.

The main programme takes place on Saturday: an optional daytime excursion followed in the evening by the main UNIBUD event — an elegant evening filled with great food, entertainment and networking.
We invite you to arrive on Friday for a relaxed start to the weekend, and on Sunday you can enjoy a calm morning before departure.
Please complete the registration form located at the top of this page. Once you have submitted the form, your registration will be received by our team and we will take care of the rest.

We encourage you to join us for the entire weekend — from Friday to Sunday — to make the most of the event and enjoy everything we have prepared for you.

If you have any special accommodation requirements or dietary preferences, please let us know when completing your registration form.
Certainly. Should you wish to extend your stay, simply indicate your preferred arrival date when completing your registration. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel's SPA & Wellness facilities.

On Saturday, during the day and before the evening celebration, we invite all interested guests to join us for an optional excursion.

We will visit either Gdańsk — exploring some of the city's most iconic landmarks and its unique atmosphere by the Baltic coast — or the Centre for Education and Promotion of the Region in Szymbark. The final destination will be confirmed closer to the event.

Participation in the excursion is entirely optional, but we would be delighted if you joined us.
